Cliff Richard claims that his impromptu singalong of a publicity stunt at Wimbledon

British pop singer Sir Cliff Richard claims that his impromptu singalong of a publicity stunt at Wimbledon in 1996 was that angry.

Singalong when rain stopped play on Centre Court, the 70-year-old has led. However, he claimed that it is a publicity stunt was angry.

A spokesman explained that the singer is singing star after the officers asked him for an interview, suggested that he should sing it.

The Daily Express quoted his spokesman as saying on his website, "There is a story afoot that Cliff’s impromptu singalong at Wimbledon was engineered by his then PR Company. This was not the case".

The spokesperson added, "Cliff was approached by Wimbledon officials initially for a straightforward interview and they subsequently suggested that he sing a song or two".
